Delivery Areas

Sleet Care delivers to all cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

• Orders are confirmed by our team (by call or WhatsApp) before dispatch.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery all over Pakistan. Any change to shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready when the rider arrives.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. For any delivery question, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 300 8662833.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If an order is refused without a valid reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
